PGIM's Jennison Taps McEvoy To Lead Global Distribution

Jennison Associates, the $171 billion affiliate fixed income and equities manager of PGIM, has announced the appointment of Lori McEvoy as global head of distribution for Jennison.

The role is new at Jennison and will be effective on December 15, 2017. McEvoy will be responsible for overseeing all client-facing sales and servicing activity, as well as institutional, subadvisory and retail distribution; consultant relations; and client service. She will be based in New York and report to Jeffrey Becker, Jennison’s chairman and chief executive officer.

McEvoey brings more than 30 years of investment industry experience to her new role. She was most recently head of institutional sales at ClearBridge Investments, where she was responsible for the direction and management of institutional sales, consultant relations, and subadvisory relationships. She also was a member of the leadership team that managed the distribution and sales organization. Before joining ClearBridge, she was head of institutional sales and service, and director of consultant relations at Fred Alger Management. Prior to her time at Alger, she was director of consultant relations at WisdomTree Investments.

Founded in 1969, Jennison Associates offers a range of equity and fixed income investment strategies across distribution channels. As of September 30, 2017, Jennison managed $171 billion in client assets.
