Gridiron Capital Announces New Managing Partner

Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital”) today announced that Kevin Jackson has been promoted to managing partner since the start of this year.

Jackson joined Gridiron Capital in 2010 as a vice president and was promoted to senior managing director in 2017. He was previously part of the firm’s investment committee and will continue in that capacity, according to the firm in a statement.

Jackson has experience in private equity, entrepreneurship and M&A across a broad range of industries, such as branded consumer, business services, niche industrial and healthcare.

Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Jackson was an investment professional at CCMP Capital and primarily responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company management in the healthcare, industrial and consumer sectors.

“Kevin has been a valuable team member at Gridiron Capital and is being recognized for his leadership and accomplishments at the firm,” Tom Burger, co-founder and managing partner of Gridiron Capital, noted in a statement. “ We are excited for his expanding leadership responsibility with the firm as we continue to build and deliver value for all of our partners.”
